Control Over Eating

Hi everyone! I m using blog for the first time.Here I m going to say that food occupy first place in hierarchy of our needs.But it does not mean we must eat every food that come in the way.I know we cannot control our taste bud.But we must remember that health is wealth.Until and unless our taste buds are sealed, desire to have food cannot be minimized.But we all are Human being.We have an wonderfully gifted mind which is only the administrator of the body.If we set in mind not to eat too much food at one time and fear as my belly is expanding like a hot balloon going to burst someday or other ,definitely such mindset will help you control over eating.Physical exercise like jogging ,walking,running etc will regain our normal weight and control hypertension,addictive behavior,depression etc and etc.If we follow our mind, definitely body will also follow.
           Last but not the least,The food that we eat can either be the safest form of medicine or slowest form of poison.
          Be careful.
